Italian speaking Front Office Receptionist

A fluent English and Italian speaker is an essential requirement for this position.

Main duties will include:

  • Check in / Out
  • Dealing with guest queries and concerns
  • Billing customers
  • Allocation of apartments
  • Providing a positive and Yes I can attitude

If you can work well with others and have a Yes I can attitude we would be very interested in meeting you.

Enthusiastic individual with strong attention to details and good customer service skills, working in a busy office environment.

Relevant experience desirable but not essential.

The ideal candidate must have: Previous experience in either reception, assistant manager or the tourism industry.

Excellent communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

The ability to motivate and work with the existing team

Housekeeping Staff

We are now seeking applications for full and part time Housekeeping Staff.

In order to apply you need to have your own transport and some experience dealing with housekeeping duties.

The ideal candidate must be able to work well under pressure and with others. A good personality and positive attitude.

The role will involve working closely with the reception staff to ensure that the apartments and public areas are clean at all times. To report any maintenance issues to the reception staff in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure at all times that guests needs are catered for.
